Prenatal Doula Services this Service provides a natural ways such as herbal tea blends and Yoni steaming to help those who are trying to conceive  as well as Doula support leading up to labor & delivery. This service does not include Doula support during Labor & delivery or postpartum services.

A Prenatal & Day of Doula (Birth Doula) offers you continuous support during your pregnancy and throughout your labor and birth experience through, relaxation techniques, emotional support and encouragement, explanations, positioning suggestions, partner support and help with breastfeeding establishment. There are no additional fees for length of time in labor.

• 33 Week -Meet & Grow Together
• 3 Prenatal Visits
• On-Call Starting at 38 weeks
• 2hr Hospital Support 
• 1 hr meeting - discuss birth and review plans
• 4 Postpartum Visits in the 6 Weeks Following Birth
• Yoni Steam or herbal bath preparation, serve herbal tea, and care for mother and baby 

$500  Investment 

Postpartum Doula Package includes providing non-medical, physical and emotional support and light household assistance. Our main focus will be helping you recover by providing education and information on natural self-recovery measures, baby care (diapering, bathing, etc.), breastfeeding education and support, bottle-feeding guidance, advice on sleep/calm techniques and more!

Postpartum Care & Support

This service is for after birth care only

• Transition support from labor & delivery to in-home care & routine.

• Sibling & Partner adjustment support
